We absolutely honor the trust you place in our skilled stylists, and we're here to give you nothing short of the best. But as much as we value your time, we also need to respect our own. That's why we've put strict policies in place—so we can keep offering high-quality services to every guest who walks through our doors.
Please remember, we are a by-appointment only hair salon.
Cancellations
We get that life happens, but if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This gives us time to adjust our schedule and offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
If proper notice isn't given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged.
Late Arrivals
Running behind? We've all been there. But if you're more than 15 minutes late (and fail to notify us of the delay), we may need to adjust or forfeit your appointment based on the service booked. In this case, a 50% fee will apply. We'll always do our best to accommodate, but we also want to respect the time of every guest in our chairs.
No Shows
If you miss your appointment without letting us know, you'll be charged 100% of the service you were scheduled for. We're a small salon, and every slot counts—thank you for understanding and helping us keep things running smoothly.
